Had a parcel delivered here and within 90 minutes of someone signing for it, they’d managed to lose it. Explained the urgency of it, but got nowhere. Called many times the following morning but nobody answered the phone, so made another journey only to be told they couldn’t help me, or even attempt to look for it, until the next day. Customer service doesn’t get much worse than this.

I requested and paid for Special Delivery because the package was urgent, and I’m now £280 out of pocket as a result.

Unreliable, unhelpful, and unimaginably incompetent.
