Second day I spoke to Ben and he was polite, professional, helpful and friendly. Most of all he was very patient, taking time to re-affirm any details I needed clarification on without it being a 'bother' to him. Excellent customer service, well done.

Representative very easy to deal with, very knowledgeable about the product. Quick and efficient as well as the process of setting up insurance on the phone can be lengthy. The first product I was looking to open wasn't ideal for me and the product the agent offered as an alternative did meet my needs and was cheaper. An all round painless experience.

Overall the service was good, Renitha dealt with my change of details very well and very professional. My only reason for not giving 5 stars, was the time it took to make the change and at times I did struggle to understand the information clearly. I was on hold for 20 minutes before, and was not prepared to use the call back system as I have had similar experiences if these not working. Overall, good service.

Spoke to somebody via chat, to cancel my renewal,(as it was more than doubling in price) told me it was all cancelled… only to receive an email 2 weeks later stating my new direct debit payment plan for the continued customer. It hadn’t been cancelled at all.

I Called today to discuss our caravan insurance policy renewal, the auto answering service was quick and efficient getting me to the right department - I have an issue in general with auto renewals but this was very quickly resolved. The agent was very knowledgeable and helpful and I was pleased to renew my policy for the following year. I find it a much more pleasant experience to speak to a real person rather than those bots - well done.
