Chamberlains Estate Agents provided an excellent selling experience of my deceased mum's property. The property was empty, and they checked up on it regularly. Sought a good number of viewings with good follow-ups. Providing me with verbal and written feedback. Once a buyer had been found, they liaised with as many parties as they could to apprised me of progress to completion. We shared some frustrations and issues along the way, but they always endeavoured to discover the "ground truth" of these.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience of Chamberlains. I used them to find tenants for my flat. I dealt with Chloe Benjamin, their Lettings Consultant. She arrived having done extensive research of other similar properties, appeared very knowledgeable about the market and seemed very enthusiastic about the property. I felt she would convey that enthusiasm to perspective tenants. She also proposed what I thought at the time was an ambitious target price. However, within literally days of appointing Chamberlains to manage the property multiple viewings were arranged and a suitable tenant found at the price suggested. I can only say Chloe knew exactly what she was talking about and I look forward to many years of Chamberlains managing my property.

Thank you to OLIVIA today who was very polite, anything that she was unsure of was noted down to find out (shared access path), respectful to us as viewers of the property but equally for the owners in terms of us taking our shoes off. Olivia showed us EVERYTHING from the access at the front to the parking around the back and even waited out in the cold for us to arrive, just in case we were unsure of the exact property as it was in a tucked away location. A BRILLIANT viewing on behalf of the owners and Chamberlains! Thank you again 🙂

Fantastic experience with Chamberlains Newton Abbot branch. We would like to mention Mandi who was amazing throughout our purchase and acted each time with a prompt response. Her communication skills are fantastic and we never felt like we were problematic with our endless phone calls.
Our purchase which we needed to be “ swift” as we had sold our property was dealt with so professionally by Mandi that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them in the future should we need too .

As absent landlords, we have used Chamberlains for many years to have full management of our property. All members of the Newton Abbot rental team have been quick to respond to any issues and we have had complete confidence in them throughout our time with them. I have been particularly impressed with the 3 way relationship they have with themselves, landlord and tenant and also with the contractors they use to carry our work on our property. It has been reassuring to know that such issues are dealt with quickly and of a good standard. After deciding to sell our property the sales team were also very helpful as were the conveyancing solicitor they suggested. Thanks a million Steve, Shirley and Theresa.
