My husband and I have been using Chapman’s for many years. The personal service you get from Chris, Andy and their team takes you back in time to when the customer was king and a high level of service from friendly knowledgeable staff was standard. Their prices are always competitive and if they don’t have the watch or item of jewelry you want in stock, they will do their best to get it for you.
Forget the big High Street retailers in Colchester, this long established local jewelers is second to none!

Great jewellers to visit, especially as it saves a laborious trip to bigger town. They always have a great selection of , well everything. I was assisted in choosing a necklace and was impressed with the service and cost.

Watch strap fitted, promised in one hour, however because they closed early and lied about the time I was unable to collect it for six days. No discount offered.
