Lee dealt with our re-mortgage very recently. I have to say that he was superb in finding us the right deal. Time was no issue to him, he invited us to his office on a few occasions, made us coffee and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. He treated us like VIPs and explained all our options with great clarity and detail. He ensured our needs were fully met and continued to monitor our options via diarised events in his work calendar. He emailed us regularly to give the latest update before the final deadline approached. At no time did we ever feels lost or worry that we had been forgotten about. Lee had his finger fully on the button at all times and ensured we were kept up to speed at all times. To top it all, he was a real gentleman who had a wonderful personality, friendly and humorous at all times while displaying the utmost professionalism in his approach to our needs. I cannot recommend Lee highly enough. We consider ourselves very fortunate in having found him and take pleasure in sharing him with anyone else who wants the best financial /mortgage consultant around.
