Absolutely lovely vets! We had to book an emergency appointment after our dog injured his paw while we were on holiday. The entire team was phenomenal! So caring, compassionate, and professional throughout the whole process. We’d register with them in a heartbeat if we lived closer! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our boy!!😊

We were on holiday. When our little Dog Pepperpot became poorly. We visited twice. Both vets Grace and Harry were amazing with their care and advice. They were also both very caring and patient with me. As I get very anxious over my Dogs. I would highly recommend these vets. And would be more than happy to register with them if I ever lived in Devon.

Never known a veterinary clinic to be so un empathic or uncompassionate.
On holiday in Devon and my dog hurt her leg and wasn't weight bearing and in pain.
Walked through the doors, and nothing. Got told to wait. Sat there for 30 minutes and nothing.
Vet came out and said they've got loads of animals and basically we weren't important.
Get more vets basically.
Taking my dog home to proper vets who actually care.

Ziggy our 1 year old bouncy boy had a abdominal castration today the staff were excellent. He came out so happy and as a pet owner that's all you can ask for. I was also kept informed on how he was doing. They did also find a potential grade 1 heart murmur and called me before the operation. Anything found has been caught early. I feel they was very thorough and gave us all the help & advice we needed. The nurses and reception staff were very reassuring. Highly reccomend. P.s I love the military onesie it suits us being a military family! Thank you for taking care of our baby!

We recently had to take our elderly greyhound as he was struggling & unfortunately the time had come & we had to make a decision along with the vet to let him go. I cannot praise the vet Jon & his assistant Hope enough for their understanding, professionalism & compassion in to making what was a very difficult time into a peaceful & calm situation. We really couldn’t have asked for better treatment towards us & our lovely dog Griffy. Thank you Jon & Hope.

Thankyou so much to the staff at roundswell, especially Grace who had the difficult task of putting our beautiful little staffie to sleep last week. Grace was so patient & kind, giving us the time & privacy to say goodbye to our beautiful little girl & for giving her a peaceful passing. My Maine Coone got very poorly very quickly. We rushed him up to Charter vets out of hours, to MiNightVet, and I was helped and looked after by both the vet snd the receptionist. My Maine Coone was examined quickly, being administered pain relief within minutes of my arrival.
Unfortunately we were told he had a blood clot, to which he had to be put to sleep. The vet was patient, respectful and caring whilst I sat and cried and cried. They let me have some minutes alone with him and let me hold him whilst he passed away. They walked me out after and were worried about my driving home due to being so upset.
I really appreciated the swiftness, making a heartbreaking situation a smidge less painful, their dignity and their expertise.
I would recommend them to anyone and was very glad they were there at 4.30 on a Sunday.

We are on holiday nearby and one of our dogs broke his leg. The Chater team provided emergency care for our dog so we can travel back to our regular vet for surgery.
Very professional team who helped us out of ours.
I can only praise them for their care. Obviously this all came with a hefty price tag but that isn't relevant.
