In the days of online services it is so refreshing to meet friendly helpful staff at the post office. I have visited here a few times with items to post that aren’t straight forward items. On each occasion I have been served and helped with a smile and helpful advice. This is something that you don’t get every where these days. Would recommend to anyone to come to this post office for all your requirements. I will continue to do so.

Visited today to sent off Disability living allowance form for my daughter.
The envelope was addressed exactly how it was required and stated on government website.
The lady refused to sent it off as it was freepost and no postcode on envelope (it wasn't required)!

Went to another post office and had it posted immediately.
Please educate yourself!

Great post office. I always travel from ramsbottom to bury to use their services as they are so much better and much more efficient
