I have to say, my experience at this post office has been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, I've encountered issues that really make me question the professionalism and reliability of this place.

Firstly, the worker was eating while working. I found this incredibly unprofessional and off-putting. It's one thing to have a snack during a break, but doing so while serving customers is not acceptable.

Secondly, the opening times listed on the post office website do not match up with the actual hours of operation. There are no signs outside indicating any changes or discrepancies in the schedule. This has caused me inconvenience on several occasions, arriving only to find the post office closed.

To make matters worse, when I brought these issues up, the worker was not apologetic at all. She seemed completely indifferent and like she couldn't care less about the service being provided or the inconvenience caused to customers.

Overall, this post office is just a really rubbish place. I would strongly recommend avoiding it and going somewhere else where your time and needs are respected.

they don't think about customers at all. there have been changes in the place of delivery, due to which it is difficult to recognize that the former place of the store seller is now the post office. but it is not marked in any way. the postal worker just stands behind the counter of the store. Is it not possible to make a clear sign so that there is no confusion? I had to search like a fool all over the store and on the street for the postman's window, during this time I missed a lot of lines and now I have to wait even more. make a visible and understandable sign!

Just queued 45 mins to be told they have no stamps , but there are some in the safe and she’s not going to get them and I should go elsewhere . What the actual hell ?
I asked whether the shop manager could go and get them as he was standing there doing nothing and her response was I could but I won’t?
Is there a hidden camera around ? Is Jeremy Beadle coming back from the grave ?
Bring back the old post office staff please . It’s a disgrace and this woman is only fit to stack shelves where she can not speak to people

This post office provides the following:
- Very slow services
- Poor communication
- Opens and closes when they feel like it
- Lunch is an hour and whenever they are ready. Could be 1pm , 2pm or they finish early instead.
- The old man there shouldn't work there. He's better off working at the salvation army or something.

The woman is lovely and bubbly though.

Overall, avoid this post office if you need something done ASAP. Queue lasts for ages, especially when you got a bird in front hurling a bag thats a size of santa clauses large sack waiting to be returned.

Just turned up Sat morning. Checked online says open 8am. Turned up she was taking a parcel but said they are closed. I politely mentioned that the website said they open Saturdays and maybe worth changing times shown. She shouted at me "well they are lying then aren't they" absolutely disgusting behaviour from a member of staff and done infront of other customers in the shop.

The worst post office in the whole of the UK. The bald headed man is extremely rude. The wait times are horrendously long. Be expected to wait for 30 minutes if there are 4 people in front of you. They have also recently changed the post office unit to be at the till, which has made things even worse than before. I will go to the other branch near the pond from now on.

1st. Closed dispute being advertised as open.
2nd. Closed due to an issue with the shutters.
3. Closed early with no explanation, just a sorry note on the window.
4. Went and closed again (more incorrect advertising). Eventually, a member of the One Stop staff got some assistance for me, leading me to be confused as to why I was never served despite staff being present.
