I paid a deposit of £2,000 to take the property (3 One East Hill) off the market on 25/10/2023. I pulled out from buying the house after finding out that we would be getting only 70% of the terrace that had been promised to me in the viewings carried out by a James Pendleton agent.The developer (Trio The Difference) agreed to return the deposit to me but never did.

I've been chasing James Pendleton and the developer himself multiple times. Several promises have been made by the developer that the money would be returned to my account by
a certain date, which never happened.

This has been the worst experience we have ever had with any estate agents in London. Please be careful and avoid James Pendleton and any development by Trio The Difference!
