Went in this afternoon to deposit some money into my bank, the money was decently neat except a couple of notes since it had been in my pocket, the lady who served me (short brown hair, glasses and old) made a rude remark to her colleague that the money was in a bad state. This was extremely embarrassing for me and I offered to take the money back. I was met with rudeness and bad attitude from the lady who aggressively pushed the cash back towards me. What an embarrassing experience this was for me, it has never happened before. This lady is obviously extremely unhappy in her life and I will be avoiding this post office from now on and telling as many people as possible to avoid. If I could give -5 stars I would. Whatever happened to good customer service

Use this post office as its my local but it always busy and queues to the door, the last few times I have been in there is only one member of staff on and it's a lovely blonde lady who is doing her best, the guy came out of the back and walked past the massive queue and left the lady to it, I have just been in 10 minutes ago the guy came in served one person and then started messing about in the back and ignored the massive queue it's unbelievable.

Monday 09:30am, queuing to the door, one assistant working. This place is getting worse!
Edit: Saturday, quietest day of the week 2 staff working. You couldn’t make it up!
Update: 3rd December queue out of the door, 2 people behind the counter, one till open - pathetic!

Some very friendly staff. Unfortunately the dark haired older woman is very grumpy, barely looks up whenever she serves me and never says 'Thank you" or "Goodbye". A definite contrast to the lovely blonde lady and the man who works there.

Informed this is DPD drop off point, however they won’t take parcels over 10KG. Staff vaping behind counter, very unprofessional.

Lucky to have this post office so close to home. Staff are so helpful and friendly and always have time to engage with customers. Always a pleasure to go there.

This is the Best post office in Childwall. They have beautiful cards and the staff are lovely very plesent and very Helpful. Very friendly staff it's my favourite to go to
