I have lived in a house managed by Chilterns for 3 1/2 years. In general I have found them to be very reasonable. The house was not the best maintained (not due to Chilterns), but the agent reacted promptly to any requests I had, and I have a feeling they were advocating on my behalf towards the owner on several occasions. The handover at end of lease was a smooth experience and I found them - again - to be very reasonable. Overall I have been happy with the service provided.

Really Impressed with Chilterns,they really guided me through the process and even worked out of hours to make sure I completed on time .Even my buyer was very impressed with the support. A house will always sell for the right price but without the proper support along the way can easily fall through. Andrew and Darren were very supportive and made sure sale to completion went smoothly. If I had used an online agent my sale and purchase would not have completed. My advice is ,pay the small amount extra as the extra support and guidance is worth every penny. Will definitely use again in the future.
