We rented through them a flat across the train station in Horley, worst experience ever. We had to wait more than a week for the garage to be unlocked as that flat was way too small for all our stuff. The flat itself was full of black mold and dirty. I asked if it can be repainted but the landlord said if I want to do it as he won't do it. I had to clean all walls and repaint the entire flat. The agency didn't seem to care even though we had a newborn baby. Avoid at all costs.
