Kayley has been absolutely wonderful throughout the rental process. Having never done this before her guidance and thoughtfulness, particularly as the move was long distance and for my father, has been greatly appreciated. He is just so happy to have moved back down, the change on him is so obvious, it is a true delight.
Wonderful professional service, you can't ask for anything more. Would highly recommend.

Ryan was absolutely amazing. Kind thoughtful and quick to respond. The manager Sue that met us at the property and completed the interview was so welcoming. It was obvious she took great care and was interested in all her residents and treated them like family. From the viewing to the moving in Ryan was in contact the whole time. It made a stressful time feel well managed and safe it was a fantastic experience I would highly recommend

Amazing service from start to finish after my Mum died, in what was a really tough time for me, whilst waiting for Probate & selling Mums Churchill apartment. If it wasn’t for Jemma in my local Sales & Marketing office I think I would have given up. She was more than just the Agent for me, she was a go between & a middle man at the drop of a hat, as & when I needed her. Always doing exactly what she said she would do, always calling me back as promised & always keeping me updated. I cant speak highly enough of the care I’ve received & it proved to me that Churchill aren’t just about selling new apartments but helping their current families & owners to sell their apartments on too. Massive thanks to Ryan and the team in Churchill Sales and Lettings for all their help recently. Trying to return to rent in the UK after many years abroad was a nightmare until I found them. My husband & I want to thank Ryan Poole for his professional and personal service over the past few months. We have really appreciated having such a reassuring voice on the other end of the phone. Ryan is also very well versed, in situations that arise, and was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat.
