I needed a Financial Adviser for my pension. Mark Haymes was recommended to me. On our first meeting I told him what I wanted to do which he seemed to agree with. He then emailed me asking me to put down what I wanted to do with my pension. A couple of days later I recieved a phone call from him telling me I was not the right fit for Clear Cut, not very professional. I have other investments and at that time I thought to look after these myself. However, having a rethink I thought it would be better to include all my investments so that if anything was to happen to me my wife would have someone to call on. I did mention this to the person who recommended Mark to me as he knows both my wife and I. I did say to Mark that I think he doesn't want my business as he thinks he'll not make much money out of me. What a pity because my total investments are not small but not £1million as what he is probably is after. Very unprofessional as what he should have done is to have another meeting with me to discuss the benefits of putting all my investments for him to manage for me like my previous Adviser did for me.
