We rented a 150sqm storage unit from clear space self storage when we moved in together. The team were so friendly and welcoming and explained the whole process to us, we were new to needing storage and had no idea. The process to start up was very easy and all sorted in under an hour with a walk around to show us the facilities and examples of what units we could have and what we’d need.
Over the 2 years we were using clear space the team were always on hand to help, they send regular emails with any opening times being changed for festive periods and bank holidays etc with plenty of time.

Can’t fault the team or the storage at all, their head of security does a fantastic job too. 😊

An absolutely brilliant premises and services.
( clean, warm, bright and very secure with cctv and cute Poppy dog in the office). Cherry and Stuart are so professional but also very, very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use their facilities again. Everything was made simple from taking out storage to vacating Thank you so much Cherry and Stuart! 10/10!

We hired a unit for a week to help with a house move. The staff team were friendly, helpful and informative throughout the process.

This is a great option for keeping costs down when moving home, and it also helped make our move less stressful as we could move items out before completion, and take our time to move things into our new home.

Access and parking was great, and trolleys available at all times to reduce the ammount of lifting and carrying.

I’ve visited a few times to drop off UPS parcels. The dog is exceptionally friendly and always makes me smile, but the man who has repeatedly served me has always been unhelpful and moody every time I’ve visited and I’m always made to feel like an inconvenience, even when it’s quiet. I’d be put off from using the storage facilities due to this. I work in a customer facing role myself and I’ve only ever been calm and polite when visiting, so I can only assume it’s just not a service Clear Space enjoys delivering due to the low ‘50p earnings per parcel’ mentioned below. There are parts of my job I don’t particularly like too, but I’d never want to make customers feel like an inconvenience.

We've had furniture etc. in storage at Clear Space for nearly 2 years and the service has been excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend them. Great service.

Excellent clean, safe and secure storage with easy access seven days a week. Helpful staff and very easy to set up. No long term contract, seven days notice and money paid in advance was refunded within hours of my terminating agreement.
