Had recorded a video of your staff who wouldn't tell me who he is so i cannot complain about him. Located in comfort inn kings cross.

Nasty staff at night, police were call and evidence collected, will be seeking compensation for emotional and property damage from the abuse and discrimination of the staff, refuse to do their job and told me to shut up and go away and called me names. Also will gang up make fun of you because they work together.

After numerous complaints about my accomodations (both locations) some one finally said "Go back to your country" I don't know which contractor the representative works for but he was sent by migrant help. I reported the incident as a hate crime. I would love to go back to America and Africa. I am a global citizen and asylum is just a part of the process. I hope to one day build a business similar to house asylum seekers because what I've experienced is inhumane and I'm not sure who's at fault but I look at the UK as a very racist behind the times country now

LANDLORDS BEWARE!! Do not use this company. In our experience, they have terminated the contract at short notice, and have not stuck to the agreed termination date. One month later following tenancy termination date, tenants still living in our property which is not habitable. No sign of them being rehoused, just ignored and left to live in squalor. Emails are ignored, phone calls not answered, messages ignored, meetings are a no show, constant lies told. This company have no integrity, compassion, are extremely unprofessional, and you literally cannot believe a word they say. I have numerous emails and photos as proof. Save yourselves a huge problem and avoid at all costs.

I was slightly sceptical in using ready homes but I have to praise Abi and Joy for their endless efforts to get the show up and running! I was kept up to date and pleased with how smooth it's all going. I would also add Gavin from compliance took extra time to help me find covers for my call points. Thanks all.

The Worst Asylum Housing Provider That Exists in the UK.

The Gov, pays them £ billions and they cant even provide a safe accommodation. there is something wrong with gov then, if the government dont pay them they will not survive.

I have made few report about this, and will continues to do so, asylum seekers are getting £35 a week, which cant get much instore even if you to cheapest store,(water, bread, tomatoes) thats all you can get, and the "clearsprings ready home" a disaster company gets millions in a week, Jeez! It's not fair!

Not trustable, we agreed for long term contract and one day without reason they terminate the contract with very short notice and also any problems,if you call the office you can't never find person.
We agreed if any repair and damage they responsibility, however they always asking to landlord to repair. If you have a property THINK TWICE.
Shame I couldn't give 0 star.Never again

Worst company ever . They take money from the government to put people in miserable places.
I live without electricity I cannot cook and the rest of my food is rotted . I am charging my phone at a mosque. The housing officer is not answering and no body pays the bills .
