I spoke with an employee called Connor, he was so helpful with the issues I was facing with my insurance. I was blown away by the reassurance that he provided me with and he very quickly sorted my case out. There was very good communication on his half giving updates on the case. He is a credit to the company and should be congratulated.

This is by far, the worst broker you'll ever have the displeasure of talking too. If you're on here checking the reviews and you choose to ignore them, I guarantee you'll be back here leaving your own before you know it, just like me. I was lied to by George Arundell (and the manager standing over his shoulder), I was told I needed an electrical report doing on my premises, and that once completed all I had to do was email it over, and my contents and public liabilty would then be in place, in the mean time I was sold the road risk package so i could at least drive my van. After sending in my report within 7 days, I heard nothing back, after 3 weeks of trying to get in contact (you will never speak to the same person twice) I finally was told that there was nothing in place and that they had no record of our conversation, bear in mind that my entire business was uninsured whilst this was ongoing. After giving all my details again, FOR A NEW QUOTE it suddenly went up by nearly £500!!! I cancelled the entire policy and went with NIG, they were almost half the price and fantastic to deal with. IF IT'S THIS HARD TO TAKE A POLICY OUT IMAGINE HOW HARD IT WOULD BE TO MAKE A CLAIM! They will also ask for a picture of your driving licence AND your national insurance number which i found a bit suspicious, no other company that i have dealt with has requested these in nearly 20 years

Extraordinary company that refuse to reply to emails, or numerous recorded delivery letters. They have accepted that the client they insure is liable, but have been impossible to contact since then and refuse to co-operate. This has been going on many months. The matter has now been referred to the financial ombudsman. Avoid at all costs as they are a highly unprofessional and uncommunicative outfit.

Been on hold for 40 minutes just simply trying to renew my policy, genuinely considering going elsewhere as I really don’t think they want my business. Their ‘call back service’ doesn’t work, every time you try and do it, it says you have entered a number incorrectly. Fortunately I have had little reason to call this company until now, absolute shambles!!

They do not answer the phone, request a ring back only when they ring back to be put on hold, do not reply to email, 5 days until my tradex insurance expiers and still trying to get a price off them, every year they leave until the 11 hour before I get sorted with them, avoid if u can get insurance elsewhere

I don’t like leaving reviews but on this matter I have to I dealt with a chap called Lewis Harrington who said my car was insured and it wasn’t the police have taken my car the last 6 weeks due to he’s faults he doesn’t answer my calls or emails every single one of there staff is clueless this company is a fraud please go elsewhere and don’t spend your money with these they have 2-3 offices elsewhere and it’s just a shambles all there genuine reviews are fake they don’t even have an office if I could give 0 stars I would and I’m highly considering taking this matter to court please beware of these criminals
