Absolutely disgusting service from these new owners, can't beat the old team at Cambridge, this new team is a sham. Took payment and then they don't answer there phones leaving us on that awful answer machine for over 15 mins on every blooming call.. still waiting on my certificate, will be following this to trading standards aswell

Worse company ive ever had business with. Since first day of policy started. They could not provide documents on time, even if i bought policy 2 weeks before. Ive got documents 1 week after policy started. The mid update system are horrible.
