They do not answer the phone, request a ring back only when they ring back to be put on hold, do not reply to email, 5 days until my tradex insurance expiers and still trying to get a price off them, every year they leave until the 11 hour before I get sorted with them, avoid if u can get insurance elsewhere, truely shocking service

Submitted details online for a home fleet quote, waited over 24 hours for the call back which never came. Had to ring them and ask for my quote, was told “another agent had my details” and “we aren’t very competitive anyway” then was told to get a quote, I’d have to re submit all of my details again over the phone.

Was with Westminister Taxi insurance for years. Susan was gem would go out the way to get you the right price. Sadly after her retirement everything went over these clowns at Cleg Gifford absolutely cunning with the increase on prices. Big 0 in customer service and satisfaction. Inflation is bad enough, these cons inflate the inflation to make it worse. Avoid.
