Martyn has been exceptional throughout the process of a very difficult purchase of a property for a mixed commercial/residential Morgage, Martyn’s expertise in this area was clear from the forefront, available for advise and guidance throughout, Martyn has dedicated his time to ensure we find the right Morgage and where possible has pushed for the reduction in interest rates to ensure we achieve the best value for money up until completion.
