AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Reading all these reviews just confirms we are not the only ones to experience the horrific behaviour of Red House Estate Agents. They currently manage the apartment above us for Blacknoll Limited ( has the attitude of, " if they pay the rent, they can do what they like!") and for the past 3 years we have dealt with noise disturbances, vandalism, anti-social behaviour, threatening and abusive behaviour from their tenants. Most of the time we get ignored when complaining about these issues but when we do speak with someone from Red House, we are met with arrogance, abuse and indifference. Both Elspie and Ian verbally attacked my partner on the phone, Stuart regularly laughs at the situation and the lettings department (seemingly run to the ground by Caroline) refuse to take any responsibility for their tenants behaviour. They have new staff every month and we are constantly lied to! As everyone says, AVOID!!!!

What a refreshing change, a member of staff that actually cares about their job. Not only did he take pride in his appearance but also his knowledge of the properties he was dealing with.

Having visited a few estate agents in the Weymouth and Portland area recently it was lovely to feel valued and not just another person viewing another property.
