Needs solid steps towards queue management as i was told there is only one queue for every kind of service whether its postal service or cash deposits. So been using since 5 years since i was told that. But today when i went there was a separate queue for cash counter so i told customer next to me that you should be coming in same queue as we all wait for 15 minutes to 20 minutes an average but she said she is coming for last 20 years and she always come straight to cash counter separately. It was shocking for me as for same reason objection was raised by main queue people that i have to go to one queue then at that time being under pressure manager told me one queue so was following on weekly bases one queue. Today once i raised my concern so i been told that you can come on cash counter separate queue so really this poor management approach led me having arguments with 2 people and both were swearing and verbally abusing (which is an offence in this country) but they got away with this and i was threatened "come outside" and i will see you. I blame management of this post office first then to these culprits who needs some opportunity to show their racist approaches. Management should make one policy and stick with that so people should not be fighting with each other because of multi system in place. Apart from them Prince and his team generally are very friendly and polite but they lack in enforcing one strong policy.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the old man behind the glass. Have had many problems with him in the past and have also witnessed many arguments between him and other customers but I’ve always kept my mouth shut as this is my local office. This man needs to be removed from this office immediately he is rude and doesn’t care about his job at all. He is very disrespectful and very depressed and seems to be taking it out on the community for having such a poor quality of life. He will always show you attitude no matter how much you smile and how positively you greet him he will always respond with no energy and make you feel as you aren’t welcome into the store. I will never return to this office until this old guy is fired. This is unacceptable I will be reporting him to post office head office as I know this review won’t be enough as there are multiple reports on him already yet he is still working there.

Such a nice staff. Gentle Man who did my application process named Kt King was so helpful and polite. Other two ladies on the counter I don't know their names but they were also nice and helpful. I was quite stressed after visiting three post offices prior to this one regarding my application but those were such a disappointment except Romford Liberty one because they told me to visit this one.
Highly recommended

Absolutely disgusting service. I’ve just queued up for 30 minutes, then the man behind the glass comes out and says I’m now closing! There was no warning and still had 10 minutes before coming time!
We tried to reason with him but he was not having it.
I can’t believe I’m writing a review about a post office, but it was that shocking!
I will never use them again…you’ve been warned.

Best service out there when it comes to Post Offices - friendly, speedy and helpful. Never short of staff. They do their jobs and anything due to the shortcomings of the posting service itself is nothing to do with the work of the staff here

I use this post office on a daily basis as i run a business and spend a lot of money on postage everyday. However one male member of staff made a mistake over the size of the parcel and charged me more for a medium parcel when it should have been a small. He did not measure it. Fair enough we all make mistakes but what an attitude - when i went the next day and said the parcel was sent by the wrong post it should have been recorded and not sent parcel force he said 'what parcel i do not know what you are talking about anyway its gone. when i said that i did not like his rudeness and manner and would make a complaint if he did not look into this matter he said 'go ahead' dreadful and rude - talk about customer care.
anyway the post office is closing and i cannot see this man getting another job with his attitude - still he probably thought he had a nice little number until he found out that he would loose his job perhaps that is why he had adopted this rude and unhelpful attitude. the rest of the staff are very nice especially the scots lady and the blonde one.
