Matt was wonderful. He upgraded my computer to Widows 11 over night - this involved cloning my hard disk - I was very happy with the service.
The next day my removable hard disk failed (these things always seem to happen together!), Matt was able to send it away and get 98% of the data back.

Exceptional Service from Matthew Allmark at Computer Works!!!

I recently brought my two sons' ASUS ROG gaming laptops to Matthew Allmark at Computer Works after they both started having serious issues. One laptop had sustained damage from a fall and water spill, which caused the keyboard to malfunction. The other had problems due to a faulty fan. Matthew worked his magic on both machines, and I’m thrilled with the results.

The first laptop had its keyboard fully replaced, and it now functions like new, even after the water damage. The second laptop had the fan replaced, which resolved the overheating issues that were causing it to slow down. Both laptops were completely stripped down, thoroughly cleaned, and had fresh thermal paste applied, resulting in significantly better cooling and performance.

Not only are the laptops running smoother than ever, but the attention to detail and the quality of the work really stand out. Matthew’s professionalism and knowledge were evident from the start. He communicated clearly, explaining each step of the repair process and making sure I was kept in the loop.
