I have found my experience with connexus a breeze. From the beginning of the process to signing up for a property has been made easy due to the help from the team who were all very polite, understanding and providing all of the help and advice I needed. The property itself is newly decorated, clean and perfect to move straight into. Overall I couldn't have asked for more from the team and much appreciate thier input .

Firstly Thankyou so much to Connexus for accepting my brother and sister in law onto their housing scheme, a very special thanks to Declan who was so very supportive and whom initially after applying for a different flat sent us information on the one that they have been accepted for.
Both Declan and Lorraine have been nothing short of helpful, informative and very understanding to deal with and we feel so grateful.

This is the most fabulous housing association I have seen. They were spontaneous and helpful all the way. I was worried and thought I would be homeless until they came for my rescue. The staff are amazing and supportive. They are who they say they are. Thank you for helping me to find a place to call home. AA+

They clearly aren't fussy when they select their contractors including apparently cowboys who ignore wildlife protection laws and kill numerous birds and bats. That speaks volumes about general levels of competence and trustworthiness within the organisation. Hopefully prosecutions will follow and that might force them to up their game.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Declan Love-Mail for his help in finding my new home in Shropshire. After I applied for a home on an Independent Living scheme in South Shropshire, Declan spent time on the phone with me checking that my choice was the correct one for me and that I also met their criteria.

I am pleased to say I move in early July with my mini Dachshund Daisy and know I am going to be very happy in my new location.
