Good Co-op apart from my mother of 63 years old being denied alcohol by Mel (old white haired lady) because me her 28 year old son was not carrying a license. I was not buying or consuming any of the alcohol being bought but only accompanying my mother at the till. She was rude and unhelpful in the situation and I felt that she was obviously denying us product for the sake of it as I was clearly over 25. We also had a Totum card that would give us 10% off our shop (as displayed on the card) to be met with “it’s not working when I scan it, there’s nothing I can do”. Overall frustrating experience and I hope a manager can sit down with Mel and help her overcome her annoying and unhelpful mentality.

I had a terrible experience this morning. A tall, thin, middle-aged staff was very rude and discriminatory. What happened was I was leaving, and as soon as I got to the door, this woman yelled at me and said, "This is not an exit! On the other side!" Since it was my first time in this store, I looked around and didn't see the exit. Then I politely and apologetically asked the staff,she impatiently told me, "There it is! That's why I was shouting at you!" I also kept saying “sorry, I didn't see it. ”But when I got home, I felt very bad. First time I reviewed a supermarket. It was ridiculous. This kind of low quality staff is really disgusting.

The facilities are brilliant here. We went for 4 nights had a lovely time relaxing, beach walk only 15 minutes. Only 10 minutes to shops. If your unsure sally and family who run the farm is there and allways willing to help, no problems at all.. cleanliness is second to none. Will be booking again.

Lovely local shop - I'm always popping in for milk, bread eggs and I have always loved The Coop meat, it's always good quality and reasonably priced. And now they have the self serve section so I can avoid the queue on busier days - got to be a win win!

I love the Co-op, great selection of everything, especially vegan and vegetarian food. We found everything we needed at very reasonable prices and I could use my loyalty card, thank you Co-op. 👍✔️✔️

Unfortunantly this store has banned wraps from the meal deal, which mean there are no vegan options, except I was told the "gluten free chicken" sandwich was vegan... Shame that the coop name is tarred by the fools that manage this store that don't invest in basic training or options for all!

Just a heads up to anyone not from the area, don't use the car park in front of this co-op. I was stung with a £60 fine for 20 minutes whilst my girlfriend grabbed some groceries.
