I wanted to bring to your attention my recent experience with the deliveries from one of the staff members. Unfortunately, the woman who delivered my order twice, did not come across as very helpful. When I asked if everything was there, her response was simply "WHY?" instead of offering to check for me. While she did eventually check, it was clear that it was too much of an effort for her, and did not double check everything was there the first time.

I was disappointed to find that items were missing from my order, and I was not informed of the alternatives. This was particularly frustrating as the items were needed that day. I believe that the staff could benefit from more training on how to respect and assist all customers that they are meant to do.

Overall good but watch out when you purchase reduced items, these go through at full price too regularly !
Staff don't like handing out the receipt..!
Just been told by a good friend she was over charged by £15 for 5 bottles of liquid clothes wash....that be fine but she had only went for 1 bottle !!!
Always check your receipt...I just wish I had the time to see the manager.
**Update on friend overcharged..they gave her the money back but after walking back on bad feet to complain**
Hard working helpful staff, almost everything I want and open till 10pm but so close, so it's easy to look at my receipt and go back..thats good !

This isn't a very nice experience. The friendliest checkouts are the automated ones. The small coop is friendly and helpful. The staff look like they hate their jobs with few smiles. They all wear spice girl headsets for no apparent reason!

Much improved over recent years. The staff are what make this Co-Op special, always helpful and friendly.

Store itself is quite small so don't expect all the little extras but it is ideal for everyday necessities

It has everything that you expect to be in a supermarket and the staff is very helpful and always with a smile. Is really good that if you spent more than 20£ your staff can be delivered to your house.

There was a good choice of produce, unfortunately we were treated quite badly by the lady on the till. We put our 3 items on the conveyor belt, waited for the person in front to pay, and then were told by the cashier that the person queuing by the basket only tills was in front of us. Apparently the till we were on was for trolleys only, and if the cashier didn't have a trolley waiting she would call someone over from the basket only queue! All that is fine if they had bothered to put up a notice informing tourists like us, rather than "shaming" us and then making us go to the back of the queue before we could pay for our 3 items!

Good set up and public doing their bit re: social distancing, would have been a 5 until bossy woman (staff) is tired of us selecting sandwiches and breaks 2m rule 4 times restocking yoghurt then as rushed realised they were upside down and did it again, it's a military operation you should be proud of but marred by the yoghurt lady
