- It’s a modern, tech focused service, allowing for paperless accounting operation.
- All my dealings have been with people who are responsive, knowledgable and professional, whilst, crucially, also being approachable - My previous experience of accountants is that they’re slightly awkward and not particularly great at a consultative, conversational based communication.

My overall impression of the firm is that is consists of a bunch of young, dynamic, ambitious people who are eager to deliver on the needs of their clients, care about the experience their clients receive and want to try an innovate as much as possible. As opposed to my previous experience, which is that of an industry made up of a highly skilled information processors with little to no interest in the businesses of the clients for whom they work.

As they’ve transitioned and handed duties off to other team members they all are just as helpful and provide the answers I’m looking for concisely.
