Not the most supportive of companies. Their call centre was not empathetic. I never received a renewal reminder for my pet or they didn't auto debit my bank account like 99 percent of insurers do. This resulted in a pet being left with no insurance. Not a great impression of this company's and shady behavior like that does not sit well with me. I would avoid and go with a transparent company and one that has the competency to ensure that you receive a letter about your policy. Happy to take the premium, not happy to provide the support.

Corinium pet insurance have been a good investment for me. My pet was covered for an incident that occurred early on during my taking out cover. Response from Corinium to my phone calls was prompt and straightforward then Corinium dealt directly with my vet without any problems. I would recommend this company based on my experience.
