I recently purchased a property, and Alex managed the sale exceptionally well. He truly went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly — providing regular updates, staying in touch with both sides, and stepping in when my solicitor was difficult to reach or unresponsive.

Alex even escalated issues on multiple occasions to keep things moving, and when he was on holiday, a member of his team picked things up to make sure the sale stayed on track.
