I would be happy to warn anyone from buying a property that is being ran by country wide estate management exeter. I have an immaculate apartment for sale, priced to sell i might add, I have had 5 viewings now and every one has loved the apartment and would be happy to put in an offer but then refused due to such "extortionate" maintenance fees, to which countrywide have at no point when asked offered any support or realistic explanation for such charges. This is now stopping us buy our dream family home with a baby due in only three months.

I am constantly disappointed by the poor service I receive, poor communication, fed up with hearing it’s the first we have heard of this issue when neighbours have reported same issue for months. They say they will do things and also report back findings, they do not! What am I actually paying high charges for? No stars.
Taken 6 months to get roof repaired which in the meantime has been exposed to the elements.
My roof is constantly creaking!
Said they would get a sign up on bin shed door. It’s not happened!
My windows have never been cleaned since I’ve been here! I’m on the top floor or would clean then myself.
