This so called debt collection agency sent around bailiffs for a debated debt. I ended up suing the creditor they lost and this company had to pay me. In my opinion they have no idea about bailiff law or debt collection legislation based on my dealings with them. I bet the cheque they paid me really hurt ! So if you have a debt you want to recover use a company who know what they are doing as otherwise it may come back to bite you!

Tried calling me for a debt that doesn't exist and the email explaining it's for Barclays? Then it was reference a payday loan that I've never had from 2012 meaning even if I did take one (which I didn't) it's statutory barred..... Right......
