Visited the branch a number of times when setting up new ISAs including transfers in. ALL the staff are very very helpful and create a really good feel to engagement and visits. Thank you for keeping a branch open in Cheltenham. Have been in to sort out a savings account . Jo provided excellent service she was patient, thorough and followed up with us to make sure the account was actioned the next day. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Very disappointed with this branch. I took time to go in yesterday to open an ISA but I was told that they do not have the staff to do this. I have had to make an appointment which means another journey and more of my time taken up. Absolutely ridiculous. There were 2 staff by the till !,
