Unhelpful online/phone , can’t seem to set up online and telephone banking . Stupid shop opening hours . Every way I’ve tried to sort something there has been a block. People work at least have a late day opening . 3pm 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
