Called today to discuss why a cash ISA hadn’t moved after maturity. Spoke to Sophie who answered the phone quickly and was instantly helpful and gave us all of the information that we were looking for, turns out that the Coventry were proactively chasing the Yorkshire B.S. to hand our cash over but the Yorkshire had a backlog. This branch has always been a pleasure to deal with and it’s a shame they couldn’t match the rate or would have very happily stayed!! Thanks Sophie, Great Job!!

All the staff at this branch are excellent. They have looked after my parents' accounts and been so helpful while dealing with me and advising on Attorney and Probate matters. If I call the branch I always speak to someone quickly - never a long wait listening to random music. The Customer Service is wonderful. At a time when so many banks are closing down and you have to travel for miles to get to the closest one, it is fantastic to have a local branch.

I just went into Warwick to tidy up a few things, business wise. I took my small (miniature) dog with me to give her a little exercise at the same time. My journey took in my solicitors, Barclays Bank, a coffee shop and the Coventry Building Society.
In all of these places my dog was welcome, with the exception of the Coventry Building Society where I was told dogs are not allowed in here, for health and safety reasons. Why would this be the case? No food was being served, the dog was on a lead and behaving well. Many coffee shops and delicatessens now have signs up saying “Dog Friendly”, what possible health and safety issues might there be for banning customer’s dogs from the premises?

Not very impressed with the Warwick branch which by now should be open after having a refit. Looking on the website it states that the branch is open which is false information. So a wasted trip to Warwick when living in the countryside & having to sit in the roadworks makes a 20 min trip into an hour. I think if are shut for longer than stated you should update the information on the website that you are still closed or communicate with you customers especially the ones that actually Don't live in Warwick and don't have bus services and have to relying on lifts. Really need to improve you communicating with you customers
