Terrible case handling from Crawford, passed around 4 different case managers, none of which know what is happening, only for them to mess up payment and take what should be a same day payment and delay it over a month. Ridiculous incompetence.

They work with getsafe insurance treat you like a criminal when you make a claim. Then insult you with there settlement. avoid both they look for any excuse
