My Husband and I needed to arrange our second five year term on our mortgage and having never done this before, we found the prospect to be a little daunting! However, Alfie made everything so simple for us with his super friendly approach, he immediately put us at ease with the whole process. He answered any and all questions we had, even though I'm certain some of them would have probably seemed like silly questions to a mortgage professional but he did not judge - he provided thorough and complete, straight forward answers.
