I’m an executor for my Mother’s estate and she has a house which has been empty for over a year. Our current insurers told us they would no longer insure it and when I got a quote online, the cover was hardly worth having. Dale at Culpeck got quotes for us and was very efficient, ringing when he said he would and chasing things up. He was very polite and friendly and made what could have been very stressful very easy. Dale took all the worry out of it for us and we ended up with reasonably priced insurance with good cover. I’d highly recommend Culpeck.

Dale managed to sort us out a reasonable quote within an afternoon for our house buildings insurance during a major renovation, when we couldn’t seem to get insurance with any major provider except a quote for £6k from Hiscox! Really appreciated the help, thank you! Would definitely recommend.

We were allocated Culpeck Insurance Services through the British Insurers. We needed home insurance for an empty property which was proving difficult for the cover we required. Dale was very efficient, explaining all the cover. Even when we had some queries he returned our calls promptly reassuring us of the cover. The premium was being paid through solicitors and BACS payment details were sent for them to pay the necessary premium. All very slick and keeping us informed when the payment had been received. Thank you Dale - great service at a difficult time for us.
