Very rude and unprofessional staff. he told me to seal the box impolitely and when i asked for a tape he wanted me to buy a new bundle of tape from the shop. I just left the shop and went to another post office they didn’t even ask the box to be sealed .

Wanted to post something with Christmas stamps but the guy at the counter kept saying its out of date but I told him it's not according to Royal Mail website but he didn't want to know.
So one star for a very poor service!

This is my nearest post office and thankfully I no longer have cause to use it much as lock down forced me into using online services mostly. Except when it comes to certain parcel returns. I'm beginning to think that the people who run this post office make up the opening times as they go along! More than once after checking that it's open have I arrived there to find it closed. Lunch time, more than 1 hour, closed at 3 one afternoon when the website says otherwise. It's not correct information and not a reliable service. I appreciate emergencies arise where staff can't get there on time etc but please amend the info and don't say it's open when it's not!

Otherwise, not a bad little shop for emergencies. 😁 Issues are only with the post office!
