I had been going here for years, now none of the regular guys are there! All gone! Cut no where as good as used to be, lost the attention to detail, in fact nothing Turkish anymore. Chap who did mine (non Turkish) really did not seem to know what he was doing and I had to keep asking him to cut bits which he missed. I remember being told by one of the guys there that “Turkish Barbers” had to do a really long apprenticeship hence they were trained to use new blades around side burns and do the neck etc. Really disappointed! I won’t be going back, tbh I can’t see how this business will stay aloft - 6 chairs, only 2 doing cuts. No waiting as there used to be. Shame

My grandsons have their haircut there. Great stylists. Great atmosphere and the best coffee in town whilst you wait for the lads. Highly recommended when it comes to awkward hair these men are artists!

Really disappointed after today, service was shocking and left going a different barbers tomorrow to fix my hair. Never felt so rushed before, struggle with mental health anxiety and today really triggered me after this experience.

I'm giving this place a solid 4. It's been a while since I visited as some of the staff were rude and one in particular used to enjoy chewing loudly whilst cutting your hair. However on my latest visit the staff seem to have changed. They were friendly and attentive and gave a great cut even tidying the edges of my beard. Will definitely return.

My barber of choice in Braintree. The service is really nice, offering you a coffee if you have to wait. The prices are fair and you often get little extras thrown in for free, like eyebrow trimming, hot towels, ear hair burning (whatever that is actually called) and many other treatments.

Avoid glasses boy. Cut my neck on more than 1 occasion, without an apology and eaves an uneven cut. Too busy chatting to colleagues and other customers to concentrate on what he's doing imo. Lost my future business.
