Such a good experience yesterday at both shops. The shop in Margate is beautifully old fashioned, the ladies in there so helpful. Then to Ramsgate. Very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Jamie, he advised me on my Rolex watch, and gave me a very fair price for it. It was very worthwhile, and their customer service ethic is second to none.
