In to deposit some coins into my bank account and the security guard followed me and my partner from the outside and stood right behind me while I was on the machine. Felt like a criminal.

Can't recommend taking out a mortgage with them. Even if you have written confirmation from them they do not honor their word. This is not how I want to bank and I will never be their customer again.

I have been a loyal customer for over 50 years with Northern/Danske and have had the same overdraft for numerous years. I asked to increase it by £200 and they refused. I have never been in any financial problems with the bank.

Friendly staff when you come in and ask for a service BUT they are not willing to help you eventually… Also they really don’t get what you ask them (I asked a specific document and I received a wrong one). I had an appointment with Joe, he was rude, not helpful at all, made a mistake at my address and he didn’t asked me if I want the e-banking codes so I have to wait 10 days now to receive them by post. That’s a really bad customer service. Thank you Joe🤮
