I've had public liability and employers liability insurance for a number of years. I met Andy recently and he got us a great deal on some landlord insurance, so of course I went to him when our next policy was up for renewal.
Andy spent over an hour explaining each item of my current policy and helping me work out exactly what I needed. He went above and beyond what any other broker was prepared to do and it transpired I didn't have the correct insurance for my needs. I've now had dealings with 3 of the fantastic team members at David Haskoll and I haven't got a single complaint.
I would highly recommend Andy and the team. I'm very happy with the prices and service was extraordinary. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I am a commerical property landlord and have been a customer of David Haskoll Ltd since November 2009. Last year in January and February I suffered storm damage at the office buildings in Manchester and Maidstone Kent.
The insurer AXA was slow to acknowledge and not helfpul in dealing with the claims. Lucky for me Donna at David Haskoll Ltd handled the claim with AXA and the loss adjuster. This matter took over 6 months to settle then not to my satisfication. On advice from Donna, a formal complaint was issued to AXA because of the delay and lack of customer service and number of errors made by AXA.

Due to Donna persistenance, proffesional knowledge and advice, while keeping me updated throughout this sage. AXA accpeted they were at fault and I recieved compensation and a refund in excess of £600.

I am delighted with the outcome and the knowledge Donna and her team are fighting for me. Their customer service is first class and they treat you as a client not a number !
