I would very much like to challenge Mr Nugent's claim, in his response to my review (see previous review), that I was 'aiming for compensation'. I have made no such claim against his firm (and so I do not know where he has got this from), even though I believe I could do so due to the HMRC fines he caused for me due to his poor practice, and also have not, to date, complained to his regulatory body about him. Had he not tried to claim I was trying to get money from him (which I find extremely offensive), I would have let his false response to my review go. I am a military veteran and have never, ever, blamed anyone else for my own mistakes - I own my mistakes unlike some others - and find it offensive that Mr Nugent has claimed that I have done so. I will now be taking this up with his regulatory body and attempting to retrieve from him the monies he cost me by his mistakes, due to his accusations against me.
