I can only share my personal experiences with this company. If there was zero stars I would give that! Cowboys, charlatans do not trust them to come into your house! Don't let your home insurance let these crooks in! They have dubious 'qualifications' their mould swab tests are out of date and useless-their 'guesswork' is all wrong. I had to get in a damp specialist to check Mr French's guesswork report and it was all wrong. Visual intact damp proof course were reported by Mr French as non existent. He claimed my house was 'full' of rising damp but I had NO nitrates in my walls, there are more nitrates in tap water!! A specialist had to come in and re do Mr French's report. This company work 'solely' or mostly for corrupt home insurance companies! BEware they will say anything about rising damp to say your house has damp when it is bone dry. Look for their qualifications on the website you won't find any! Just fluffy words. The website, in my opnion, is a front as they get their money from home insurance companies. So, don't let them into your house. Thei r reoort was visual only useless and completely inaccurate...

Beware and don't let them into your home.
