Attended the HMO discovery day, Great day and unique in terms of actually walking around different properties and hearing about how they were made into HMOs and asking questions. Dan, James and Anne-Celine were great, very informative, approachable and relatable!!! Also seeing a HMO in its early days striped back was really eye opening! Thanks again all!

I have attended the HMO Discovery Day with my partner, it was a wonderful day, very informative and comprehensive. Thank you so much for the effort from Dan, James and Anne-Celine. We are very grateful that we could visit their properties and they were really willing to tell you everything about HMO.

Spent a day with these guys on their FREE HMO Discovery Day and was enlightened. The content was really good, running through the basics of how a HMO runs and should be managed. Dan, James & Anne-Celine are grounded and down to earth despite the success of their HMO business. It was great to see an existing HMO and in contrast their project HMO that is currently being refurbished back to brick. This obviously leads to their more in depth two day course which, I have no doubt would be equally valuable if you were just getting started in HMO's. Well done guys.

Fantastic HMO Discovery Day!!!!!! I recently attended Daysmith HMO Discovery Day in Kent. Both Dan & James are awesome guys, sharing their journey, passion and top tips for investing in HMO’s. Whether you are currently investing or thinking about investing in this strategy there is something for everyone, this event is a MUST!! Absolutely loved attending the FREE Discovery Day with DaySmith.
They had nothing to hide. No information was withheld, they answered every question with honesty and detailed information.

I have just completed the HMO discovery day with Daysmith

They showed us inside all of their properties and explained the journey of each house

As a team Dan James and Anne all knew what they were talking about and gave great insight and tips about things they had learnt along the way in their property journey

They didn't hide or withhold information in order to up sell

They answered every question we had for them honestly even giving us the pitfalls that a lot of people are not honest about
