DC Lane were absolutely amazing for buying my first home!
So very accommodating with booking viewings and once the house was agreed they really went the extra mile with everything!
As I wasn’t living locally they were fab at keeping us updated, keeping the chain moving and making moving in that bit easier.
With giving us plenty of needed advice, answering our probably multitude of phone calls with friendly customer service and great responses !
Collecting the keys was AMAZING the whole DC Lane team were so friendly and I was greeted to a bunch of smiley happy people it was absolutely lovely.

Great service! We have used DCLane many times to let property and to sell property. I sold my property with Helen at DC Lane and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I really appreciated her policy of complete honesty throughout the sale process. She is also an incredibly knowledgeable and efficient estate agent. Her communication throughout the transaction were excellent and at no point did I feel pressured or like there were ulterior motives.

It took her less than a week to find a buyer and sold my property before it was even officially on the market. She really went above and beyond. We really wish all estate agents were more like Helen!

We used DC Lane to sell our property and we also purchased a property with them.
Firstly, we needed to get on the market fast to get the house we wanted, within days a photographer had been and taken the most beautiful pictures of our home. Viewings were great of both our house and the house we viewed with DC Lane.

Once we were all in a position to offer in the chain, Helen did some amazing negotiations to make sure everything went through for everyone.

During the sales chain, Helen did lots of chasing which was needed as the top of the chain was a flat and the management company needed a lot of pushing.

We got things over the line and have now moved into our house.

The whole team at DC Lane were always friendly and helpful, but Helen really is fantastic and was communicative all the way through!

Helen is your woman for 'getting things done'!! It took exactly 2 months to the day to get my house from offer to completion (with 3 in the chain). Oscar and Victor were great and really helpful throughout.

We’ve used DC Lane twice now for finding tenants for our rental property in the Barbican.
