Huw Martinson was fantastic in assisting us with our first house purchase. He was very approachable and friendly and we felt like we could ask him anything. We needed a Will to ensure our estate was in order. The adviser recommended putting our property into a Life Interest Trust as we are not married, along with placing all our insurances into trust also. I recently bought my first property for my family and me and used DCS Financial. I was talked through every step during the mortgage process making sure I understood what was happening at all times. On completion of the mortgage I was also advised and felt the need for Unemployment and Life Cover. I tried to beat the quote I was given by searching online but I simply couldn’t. Fantastic service start to finish with the knowledge that when my current deal expires I will be straight back on the phone to DCS Financial.

Dealt with Huw, who didnt turn up for our original meeting so i had to deal with another member of staff for our initial confrontation. Didnt respond to query's via email i had to ring to get a response, Was promised an agreement in principal by a set date this didnt happen nor did i recieve a call explaining why this hadnt been done. Ive now been forced to use a diffrent advisor, shame huw was very polite.
