I bought my new property through DDM

Daryll and the team made the whole process a lot easier by communicating with me on a weekly basis to keep me updated as to what point in the process we were. They were in contact with solicitors etc weekly as needed and I felt the customer service was excellent throughout the process.

Every question I asked was answered as soon as possible.

If I were to go through another house sale I would definitely use DDM and totally recommend them to anyone who wants excellent customer service and communication.

I have recently both sold and bought a property through DDM and found them to be friendly, helpful and efficient throughout the process from valuation to completion.
Thanks go to Gill for her advice about pricing to sell, I had an asking price offer within 3 days of going live, to Darryl for our chit chats whenever he rang with updates and to Liberty, again for chatty updates but also for being so persistent with calls to all parties running up to completion.
All in all, DDM Brigg have made my house move smoother than I had anticipated.
I would highly recommend them.

I recently purchased an investment/rental property from DDM Residential in Brigg. Darryl and Liberty were incredibly helpful throughout the purchase process, and communication was excellent. They provided me with regular updates throughout the purchase progress and the same when viewings were taking place during the tenant find process. Thank you both very much!
I would also like to mention Lynne, Chloe and Lucy at DDM Lettings in Scunthorpe. The team are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and they do a wonderful job of managing the property for us now that it is tenanted, dealing with maintenance, tenancy agreements and compliance, rent collection and much more. I would highly recommend both DDM Residential and DDM Lettings!
