From the first enquiry I made through their website, I was made to feel welcome. With a prompt call back that morning, they arranged a meeting for the following day. I met with Liz who was nothing short of amazing. Before providing any information or financial advice, she took a lot of time to get to know me as a person and took interest in my personal life and my family history. She was interested in my past experiences in life and why I was looking to get some financial advice.

After, she then provided me with a vast amount of knowledge about Dean Stevens Wealth Management and St James’ Place and how the companies interlink. Then, she provided me with a few options of financial advice and explained her approach and how she would be involved within the whole process.

Liz arranged a second meeting where she presented her proposal of how she thinks I should invest. Her presentation was not just a basic and standard presentation but was very personal to me, even down to the little details.

She was very quick in the turnaround of creating my proposal and was very prompt in responding to any questions or worries that I may of had, whether this was over a telephone call, message or email.

I can’t recommend Liz and Dean Stevens Wealth Management enough and I am glad to have her as my advisor and wouldn’t go anywhere else for advice.

I discovered DSWM as I approached my 60th birthday and realised I had little pots of pension left from various jobs I had had over the years all sitting in different places. Being a total financial philistine, I was apprehensive and not sure what to expect. The wonderful Liz Rolland soon gathered me up, reassured me and put my finances in order. Over the past four years, the service I have received has been next to none - Liz is always clear in her explanations and supportive in her advice. I never feel silly in asking a question and she is quick to respond when needed. In her absence, the service I get from other members of the team is always professional and courteous.
