"Do you happen yo have some sellotape?" I asked the Post Office Associate behind the counter. "I need to seal this old envelope. And some scissors, please?"

"No problem. I can do that for you." replied the Assistant. In this Cost of Living Crisis, I was reusing the envelope the Transport of London had sent me. A congestion fine. I had never heard of this. I was furious as I would have to pay a £90 fine, although the Police directed me to
travel through this area. So I reused the envelope. Just sealed it with the sticky tape provided.

If you are sending money to India or Nepal, RIA is more cost effective. Many RIA agents in Normanton Road

Rude staff who wont help customers using the photo booth, apparently its 'self service' (bit like a supermarket, except their staff help)
Self service tills closed - due to staff shortages.
AVOID and use any other post office - whereby the staff are much more pleasant.

The english lady was rude and had no manners. I visited for cash deposit today. She was quite ill mannered and frustrated lady and was in a bad mood because she was having an argument with a man who was apparently waiting at some other counter. When i went to her She was reluctant to do her job because post office was going to close after 5 minutes. She had a bad mood and literally snatched the cash from my hand and started throwing cash on counter shouting at me that i dont know if i can deposit it for you we are closing soon
Extremely nonsense unprofessional woman and i regret even bothering to go to this post office. Asian staff was professional and helping but this woman was a pathetic person
I wish i could give zero stars for customer service

The man with turban is very polite and helpful person . He is soo nice☺️ with customers. But the other side , boy was extremely rude with customer and say no to me for help .

This was the post office where we were required to come to and collect our BRP cards when we first arrived in the UK.

I lived in derby just for 4 months and almost everyday I'd walk by this post office, and almost always the queue would extend beyond the main entrance onto the street.

Also if you reach the end of the line at the till, you will often be treated to unfriendly customer service, also so many machines that never seem to work.

This place needs to lighten up.

Very slow service.
